Large beautiful double, nature and town close

Bedroom (NB the bed is a superking size (6'x6'). The room is bigger than it looks in the photo!

The room is a large double loft conversion with lovely views over Watcombe Fields and beyond. People say it's bigger than it looks in the photo (that's a kingsize bed). It's only 10 mins' walk to town or 5 mins into the countryside. Street named best street to live in best town by Sunday Times! Free parking on the road. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Small gardens front and back. I work out and at home, and have a 10-yo daughter who is with me 2-4 days a week (more in the holidays). I teach part-time, run play sessions and like to get out and about, mostly to play badminton, volleyball etc. I sometimes play my music loud. I'd like someone I could chat to but I also do my own thing and probably won't be socialising at home that much, so someone who has their own life would be ideal. Non-smokers preferred; please don't apply if you love alcohol or other drugs.
