Lovely spacious, ensuite room on your own floor at the top of a modern warm and light family home. A private and self contained space, with ensuite shower. The room is furnished with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The shower room is equipped to do washing up and store plates etc. There's a large walk in cupboard/wardrobe fitted with shelves and clothes rail. The room is big enough to do yoga/exercise and to have a small table, chairs and desk (desk and chair in photos is not included). We share the well equipped modern kitchen and you are welcome to sit in the south facing garden with patio. If you have a car there is plenty of parking near the house and space in the garage if you would like to store a bicycle.

The house is just over a 10 minute walk into the centre of Frome, 5 minute walk to the Co-op on Badcox, half an hour walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to open countryside.

We are a friendly, creative, quiet, clean and tidy household aged 14 and 55. My son lives with me every other week.

Bills and wifi are included (council tax band C) and this is subject to fair and moderate usage. Available 11th April 2026.
