Bedroom

We have divided our house where we live on the ground floor in a self contained space and rent out the top part of the house as another fairly self contained space.. This meaning you would have a double bedroom, bathroom and attic living/ kitchen space.
The bedroom is at the back of the house and is quiet, south west facing and overlooking gardens. The other bedroom on the first floor is kept for visiting friends and family.
The attic room will be your lounge, kitchen/diner. This area has a sofa, easy chairs, TV, and lamps. It has a small dining table and chairs. The kitchenette has sink, fridge, combination microwave/ oven, toaster 2 ring induction hob, Ninja airfryer and all cutlery, crockery and utensils. There are 2 velux windows with views over the rooftops of Frome.
Access to our washing machine and cleaning tools can be discussed on viewing.
We will consider couples for an additional 200/calendar month.
The heating is gas central on the first floor and electric oil heater in the attic.
There is space for a bike and some small items in the garage.
We have two dogs who are small/medium sized.
We work either from home on certain days or commute on other days. We have busy lives but enjoy a quiet peaceful home.
We are ideally located with the Badcox area (3 mins walk) with shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs and the infamous Catherine hill. The town centre is just a few more minutes away.
