Huge attic room with ensuite on own floor

A gorgeous, furnished attic room with own ensuite on its own floor, available for short to medium term from 11th April. It's a womb like room - very calm and peaceful and lots of space.

Access to kitchen (own fridge and cupboard), dining room and garden. The living room is available some of the time (some weekday evenings, Friday evenings and all day Saturday) - it doubles up as my office which is why it's not available all the time. I don't have a TV or TV license.

I work from home - I have a part time job in higher education as well as my own business.

This would suit someone working full time (in a physical space or hybrid working); someone in transition between homes, just moved to the area or needing something short to medium term.

I live on my own with my gorgeous super friendly dog Rosie so you probably need to be a dog lover :) Single person only, no couples.
