The double room/ensuite are located downstairs and upstairs are the lounge and dining room/conservatory and a large kitchen. The view of the garden from the conservatory is delightful and the outdoor area is lovely for entertaining. The lawn is a good space for badminton and there is a veggie patch available if you would like to grow your own. The garden and inside living areas are maintained by myself My boys are located in a separate wing and attend an independent school in Bath. . We are a non-smoking and health conscious family who enjoys nature, tennis, swimming, skiing, and the cinema. A friendly, clean, and tidy flatmate would be appreciated in our family. Our existing flatmate is a nurse and enjoys music and travelling.
