Spacious room (3x3 meters), clean and comfortable on a third floor modern flat. North facing window but very light.
It has a comfortable a double bed with linen and towels included.
The shared shower room is next door to the room. Not too big (1.5x1.5 meters) but very clean.
The social area is open space.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
I’m a retired living in landlord and accommodating the bathroom and kitchen areas are not a problem for me.
Services and Wifi are included.
I’m a spanish native speaker and a British national for 45 years. Like plants art and nature and lots of colour. Often travel to stay with family or friends in Uk and abroad. So it’s important respect honesty and trust. The flat is on the third floor of a modern building with mainly young working quiet neighbours. The parking is allocated by flats and visitors spaces.
Room available from now until 15th of December
References are important and meeting face to face before committing preferred.
