Double Room in communal house

Kersey Court is a large house on the edge of Frome, 15 minutes walk to the center and 3 minutes walk out into the fields and woods of Vallis valley.
I'm an artist, I'm not there as much as I like as I work around the country, But Tilda is there all the time working as an ayurvedic masseur
There's a spare room for friends & family, a big (new!) kitchen & living room for us all to use and yet plenty of room to get away & be quiet.
3 bathrooms - 1 shower, 1 bath & a loo
The garden is still very much an on going project with a wildlife pond and seating areas for the summer. planting still going on
Ania comes in to clean once a week, tho I expect us to keep the place tidy as we go along.
We don't mind small pets.
Cd be let unfurnished, & I'm thinking seriously of changing the bed. & wd add to the furniture - chest of drawers, dressing table/desk
We'd consider a couple but there would be extra rent to cover the bills & council tax.
We're interesed in someone who is outgoing and engaged in life inside the house & outside in Frome. Newcomers (we were such not so long ago) to Frome welcome!
