Small double with private bathroom in Frome

I have a lovely small double room available in my 2 bed flat in Frome from June. The rooms has its own separate bathroom with a bath and shower, we have private parking and a lovely shared outside space but the flat also has its own private courtyard so if you’re into gardening and plants that’s a bonus! The rooms is unfurnished but it could be furnished if needs be for shorter term lets.

The price advertised if currently the 50/50 split for rent and bills per month however, I am open to discussing a Monday - Friday let or something shorter term, it all depends in the person. It’s a lovely peaceful building so would suit someone professional who works full time. I work near Bristol and not generic 9-5 so I sometimes have weekdays off and work weekends so would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home. 5 minute walk into town, 15 minute walk to the train station.
