Double bedroom available in a quiet, friendly shared house in central Frome.

The property is situated in a quiet private cul-de-sac, with designated off-street parking, while still being very close to everything Frome has to offer. The town centre is around a 5-minute walk away, and Frome railway station is approximately 15 minutes on foot.

The house has a large kitchen/living room, providing plenty of communal space, as well as a small garden. Despite being so close to the town centre, the house is also only a short walk from the surrounding countryside, so you get easy access to both the amenities of town and quieter outdoor spaces.

There are currently two other professional tenants living in the house. Everyone is friendly and sociable, but the house is generally quiet and relaxed.

The room is unfurnished, although I would be happy to discuss selling some of the existing furniture to the future tenant if useful.

The property has high-speed broadband throughout, with speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps, as well as an Ethernet connection directly into the bedroom, making it well suited to working from home.

A cleaner comes once every fortnight to clean the communal areas and bathrooms.

The room has a shared bathroom with only one of the other tenants, rather than sharing with the whole house.
