I have a lovely double en-suite room available in the flat I currently rent in Frome, as my flatmate is buying her own property. The room backs onto our private courtyard, with its own en-suite shower room. There's also a second bathroom with a bath.

The flat itself has a large open-plan living room and kitchen, plus a separate utility room, and is filled with natural light throughout. There's parking available, and while it's right in the centre of town, it's tucked away in a peaceful spot. Good transport links too - the train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished, so you can bring your own things and make it feel like home.

You'd be joining an existing tenancy with me, so you'll need to pass referencing and credit checks with our letting agent and pay a deposit.

Rent includes all bills, including WiFi.

I'm 38 and work as a therapeutic coach seeing clients online from home, so I'm often around during the day. Because of that, someone who's out at work or hybrid would probably suit the flat dynamic best - though I'm open to the right person regardless.

Our home culture currently is calm and considerate. I value people who are thoughtful, respectful, down-to-earth, good communicators, and have a good sense of humour.

While I've got a great group of friends in Frome already, I'm always up for a chat or a shared series on the sofa. Looking for someone professional and stable who can commit properly to the contract.
