Huge room with stunning views in am amazing house

I have lived in this home for 7 years and I love it. It has been the perfect home for 2 other awesome home mates...

My name is Chris and I am a guy who loves life and lives it to the fullest but at home I love it to be really chill.... of course with the odd dinner or even soiree....but really its about just having a base camp that is home.

Its such a great house to share with someone as the room that is available is on the top floor, making it all feel that we have our space...whilst defiantly being able to share the lounge bathroom kitchen dining room and adorable garden together in a lovely way.

Your room is massive and has great views....

I have my office here and when im home i'm home alot but when I'm away i'm away alot - which I feel is 50/50...

It would be great to have a housemate who is also a bit like that - It would be great to be ships that pass in the night so we can both have the run of the house sometimes - but then have really lovely times together when both here.

Someone respectful of tidiness and cleanness but lets not get anal if it goes array sometimes.

Someone who is good with boundaries but kind and loves to share also.

Kind respectful and passionate about life is defiantly the mode here...

There is all the furniture you need in the bedroom but we can shimy away if you need.

It would also suite someone who maybe has a second home somewhere and needs a part time bolt hole.

Im also fine with shirt let...
