Small double/single room near old town.

Following the departure of my last lodger of seven years, I have a room available for an employed, trustworthy person. Most bills are included, but we share electric (key meter). Includes council tax..

I am taking on a lodger to share my home for a minimum period of three months.

The room has just been painted and there is a single ottoman storage bed with a mattress of very high quality. The room will fit a double bed with just enough room to move around it. You'd need to supply a double.

I'm not brilliantly tidy, I confess, but I do have my limits.

My daughters come to stay from abroad now and again. Other than that, it's just me and the cat, so be warned if you have an allergy

The house itself is 3 minutes walk to the top of Catherine Street and the old town.

Apart from the bedrooms, the rest of the house is shared. We take turns with chores and share certain supplies like washing powder. I'm happy sharing cooking too.

There is a garden with flower bed, patio and summerhouse. Not huge but pleasant in the sun or for barbecues.

Hopefully, well share a few beers once in a while too.

I work full-time but get home at 4:20.
