Courtyard outdoor space. Plenty of parking in the area. Walking distance to Clarkes Village shops and 2 min walk to bus stop. Close to Tescos, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Co-op and Aldi with garage & other shops. Great fish & chip shop and Indian Takeaway next door.
Professional working person preferred. No working from home. £175 per week in advance, to include all bills + council tax. Short term let’s also considered. Also happy to rent room for a few nights if that is all that’s required. £45 per night.
