Room in detached bungalow, Windmill Hill

One room available in a detached bungalow on Windmill Hill, Glastonbury, from approximately mid October, subject to completion of the house purchase.

£600 per month, including normal household bills, with a £600 deposit. The arrangement will be on a one-month rolling basis, although I'm ideally looking for a longer-term lodger.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. I can provide furniture, or you're welcome to bring your own.

The house is on a quiet street with plenty of on-street parking and is near St Edmund's Mound, with views towards the Tor. Shared areas include a kitchen, dining room, small conservatory and back garden.

You would be sharing the house with myself and one female lodger from Glastonbury. I'm looking for a clean, tidy, quiet and considerate person who appreciates a peaceful and relaxed home. Quiet after 10pm and no overnight guests at any time.

I'm particularly interested in finding someone who is spiritual, pagan, or has an appreciation of the mystical, magical and unusual side of life. You don't need to follow any particular belief system, but I'd like the house to be a good fit for someone who is open-minded and spiritually inclined.
