I am looking for a calm, responsible person to rent a double room in my house in central Glastonbury, just a short walk from the High Street. The room is on the first floor of a three-bedroom house.

The room has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a proper desk/working space — ideal for someone who works from home or needs somewhere to study. You would share the bathroom, lounge and kitchen with me and my husband. There are two toilets and a bathroom with a bath and shower. We are both quiet, spend a lot of time on our computers and value a peaceful home.

There is a garden at the back of the house and a driveway at the front with space for two cars.

The house is clean, quiet and respectful. I am looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and able to pay rent on time. No smoking indoors and no drugs. Pets may be considered.

Rent: £650 per month, all bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).
