Mature person wanted to share lovely house in Highbridge. Non smoker only.

I have a lovely room to rent in a cosy house. It comes with usual mod cons. All bills included . Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

The room is a double and has wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. House has a modern feel throughout, well insulated so is very warm in winter. You will be sharing with myself, so have use of the lounge. There is a garage if you need to store anything that won’t fit in the bedroom.

I am on my final year of a nursing degree so need someone who is mature, not a party animal and respectful, clean and tidy. I’m easy going and will socialise on the odd occasion but mostly I will be studying.

Oh and in case you were wondering, the bed does come with a mattress lol
