The cottage is a beautiful, freshly decorated and fully furnished two-bedroom cottage in a peaceful rural setting in Holford, just 3 miles from Hinkley Point, with the HPC bus pick-up and local village pub both less than a mile away via a lovely countryside walk.

We are looking for two friends or work colleagues who would like to rent the cottage together. The rooms are £250 per person, per week, but we are not looking to let the rooms separately to people who don’t know each other.

The cottage is furnished to a very high standard and has:

• Two comfortable double bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed, both with wardrobes and armchairs
• Two bathrooms
• Large, comfortable lounge with two sofas and large Smart TV
• Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, air fryer and everything needed for day-to-day living
• Oil central heating
• Fast Starlink Wi-Fi
• Parking for two vehicles
• Private garden
• All bills included

The cottage is in a lovely, quiet rural location surrounded by the Quantock countryside, with fantastic walking and cycling straight from the door and plenty of local wildlife. The local pub and HPC bus pick-up are within easy walking distance.

Although peaceful and rural, it’s very convenient for anyone working at Hinkley Point, with the site approximately three miles away.

£250 per room, per week – £500 per week for the whole cottage. All bills included.

Available to two friends/colleagues taking the property together for a minimum of four months from late October.
