I have a double bedroom available in a ground-floor flat which has been fully furnished with a bureau/secretary desk, bedside cabinets, a walk-in wardrobe, and drawers.

A spacious living area with a corner sofa, a large 55-inch TV, and Juliette doors. The room could be used as an office space if preferred to the bedroom.

A newly fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and use of all white goods and appliances that include: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, and air fryer.

Shared bathroom with plenty of storage for toiletries

I also have a shed that can be used as storage for things like a bike or tools.

Use of a large communal garden at the rear end of the flat which has washing lines if you prefer to use that over a clothes airer.

Couples are also welcome @ £1000pcm

I work fully remote at home and happy for someone else to accommodate for another home worker.
