🤗We are looking for a new addition to our lovely home as our previous tenant (now friend!) has left to buy her own home.🏡

We have an available double room to rent in our new build home in Keynsham, Charlton Place. This available room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, cabinet, and optional decor as per photos. There is a modern bathroom with shower over the bath next to the room- this is pretty much exclusively yours, but occasionally used for a bath by our baby.

The communal areas are shared between three people, and include large lounge with 65 inch smart TV & super comfy sofa, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier, utility and drying room, and freshly decorated downstairs toilet. The garage has gym equipment that you are welcome to use and our sunny rear garden is grassed and decked to provide a sociable summer outside space- including use of a home bar (thank you lockdown!😄) Outside, there is an allocated parking space and off street parking.

Just 4 minutes drive from Keynsham Train Station, which offers a 8 minute train into Bristol Temple Meads.

We have a beautiful baby girl who is now 1, and a friendly indoor cat. 👶🏻🐈‍⬛

You will be welcome to use our home as if it were your own. With plenty of living space, we hope you would feel at home as soon as you walk through the door.

Rental amount is £750.00 PCM including gas, water, electric, internet, TV licence, council tax and sky TV.
