Pleasant quiet house close to shops & transport

We are looking for a friendly lodger who is happy living in a quieter household. I am retired and work from home most of the time.

Situated in a great spot, close to Tesco, a 5 min walk to the High Street with great transport links via bus and train to Bristol or Bath, and a 10 min drive from Brislington Park & Ride.

Keynsham is a community minded town with lots of independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants, including a recently renovated leisure centre and library.

All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband), the house is fully furnished and the bedroom has a double bed. Shared bathroom, kitchen and downstairs cloakroom, small enclosed garden. Sorry but no smokers/vapers.
