Hello! I’m offering a small/medium double room in my 2 bed flat just off Keynsham high street. It’s an amazing location:
11 min walk to Keynsham station (10 mins each way to Bristol and bath)
3 mins walk to the lovely independent coffee shops on the high street and 2 mins walk walk to the river that lead to memorial park. I love living here!

The room is cute, medium sized, it gets lovely morning sun! I can be flexible offering it furnished or non furnished and also have a desk and clothes rail available, not pictured.

There’s a spacious living room with big windows and two way access to the kitchen. No garden or terrace unfortunately but very close to the park!

I am looking for someone friendly, and laid back to share the home with, it would be lovely to check in say hi in the evenings (or whenever we cross paths), open to joint living such as shared meals if it suits but absolutely no pressure.

I work as a renewable energy developer and commute to Cheltenham 3 days per week and work from home 2 days. I am up and out early (and usually in bed early too!) I have a strong friendship group at my local CrossFit gym and spend a lot of time there, on weekend I love long runs, sauna trips, chilling and cooking at home, watching series, working on creative home projects and catching up on sleep.

A few more details about the flat, it has a private front door and there’s also a garage around the back- it’s quite small so may not suit parking but lots of storage space. There’s is also lots of storage within the flat so addition room as well as the bedroom pictured if needed. We would be sharing the bathroom, it has an electric shower and a bath.

I can be pretty flexible about move in dates, length of tenancy etc- feel free to send over any questions.
