Double bedroom to rent in very clean and tidy detached house. Ideal location for commuting into Bristol or Bath. The room is recently decorated and has a private ensuite shower room. There’s also a shared kitchen, living room and main bathroom. All bills included, plus high-speed broadband.

Great location as only 10 mins walk to Keynsham town centre with many cafes, shops, sports centre/gym and plenty of walking and cycling routes nearby. Many commuting options for both Bristol and Bath, including bus, cycle and train, and if you drive there’s space on the driveway for 1 car.

I am looking for someone to share my home with, must be very tidy and who will also treat it like their home. Preferably someone with a regular 9-5 full time job, not suitable for someone who is fully homeworking. Female preferred as other housemates (me!) are female.

I work in the centre of Bristol and come back to relax in the evenings so will be looking for someone who is also chilled out. I enjoy cooking, dancing, cycling and gardening.
