Light Basement Room with access to garden

I have a light/airy basement room in a house in Keynsham that I am looking to let on a Monday to Friday basis, although Sunday night is included after 6pm.

The room is mostly self contained, other than needing to use the main bathroom for showering. It has a good quality sofa bed, making the room into a living space when wanted. It has an en suite toilet and sink. There is tea & coffee making facility and a microwave and fridge/ freezer and small sink area.

The room has patio doors leading to patio and garden for your exclusive use.

The train station, with easy access to Bristol and Bath, is a 12 minute walk away. There are also regular bus services.
Bills are included, except Council Tax. If you pay Council tax at another property there is no need to pay again. Otherwise a £50 per month contribution will be required .
