Room in shared house, with all mod cons - broadband, netflix/sky/etc, baby grand piano (yes, really! :) ) dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, living room, and utility room as well as private entrance.

There is a huge garden to share, with a pizza oven and BBQ for the summer months - and you can eat what you pick from the orchard (apples and pears). If you're interested in growing things, there's a large greenhouse.

There are three rooms, and the current room that is available is very large and includes built in wardrobe and a beautiful view of the garden

We live in a beautiful Farm just outside Wellington - it's absolutely silent at night but only a couple of miles from town. There is a village pub just the other end of a bridle path and plenty of walks and cycle rides at our doorstep.

We often have sheep in the field and sometimes rear our own pigs - plus the seasonal fruit and veg in the polytunnel, greenhouse, and allotment in the field.

There's loads of parking, and we're 10 minutes from the M5.
