Wonderful location on the edge of the city - walk into Bath in 30 mins, in the other direction you have amazing countryside walks on your doorstep. During commuting hours the Lansdown Park & Ride bus comes every 15 minutes and takes 10 mins to get into Milsom Street - very convenient.

Looking for a female flatmate to rent my room. You will be living with one female flatmate in her mid 20s, a very clean and considerate young professional.

This room would suit a working professional, someone who will look after the space, and create a home. There is a desk in the room and you are welcome to use monitor and printer.

Move in date is 2nd August, with ideally a 7 month contract (until March 2025). All bills are included in the price. Bathroom is shared between 2 bedrooms and has a shower and a bath.

The flat and its furniture are only five years old, so very new and modern. Room is fully furnished as well as the shared living spaces, no need to buy any furniture, there is plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware too. The flat is a new build so easy to keep clean, and well insulated in the winter.

Please note:
- I do not have a TV. You are welcome to bring one with you but you will be responsible for paying the tv license.
- There is a private parking space, however its not available between 2nd August - 3rd September & 13th October - 21st November as my car will need to be parked there, however there are places to park on housing estate during this time, I can show you these during a viewing.

I will be holding virtual viewings as a first stage, then will invite a shortlist to an in person viewing at the end of June.
