Hello lovely people! 💛

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in our gorgeous two-bedroom flat in Long Ashton while I head off travelling!

Available from 23rd November for two months initially, with the possibility of extending if my travels continue.

The room is a large, sunny double bedroom with a king-size bed, beautiful big windows and plenty of natural light. It's fully furnished, although if you'd prefer some things to be removed, we can absolutely arrange that.

Rent: £700 per month, all bills included.
Deposit: £700

A little note about bills: we're unfortunately in a high council tax band, and the flat runs entirely on electricity rather than gas, so winter heating can be expensive. That's all included in the rent, though, so there's just one monthly payment to think about!
There's also attic space available if you need extra storage.

🌿 The flat and location
Long Ashton is a beautiful, peaceful village just outside Bristol, right next to Ashton Court. We absolutely love living here! It's friendly, quiet and has a lovely community feel.

• 🚌 A bus stop right next to the flat, with buses into Bristol city centre taking around 20 minutes.

• 🌳 Close to Ashton Court, perfect for walks and getting some fresh air.

It's ideal for someone who wants to stay close to the city but prefers a little peace and quiet away from the Bristol chaos haha.

👨 Ricky — your housemate
Ricky is 37 and works full-time as a chef. He usually works three or four doubles a week (10am – 10/11pm), plus one shorter shift, so chef life keeps him pretty busy!
He's laid-back, friendly and easy to live with. He enjoys listening to music, seeing friends and family, walking the dog and generally relaxing at home when he's not working.

We're a chilled household rather than a party flat, but you're welcome to have friends over. We just value being considerate and respectful of each other and keeping the flat a happy, calm place to come home to.

🐾 Rolo — our unofficial second housemate!
Rolo is our two-year-old Labrador–Springer Spaniel cross, and honestly, he's the sweetest, most loving and playful boy. He loves people, cuddles, playtime and simply being around you. He has a very lovely local dog walker who will take care of all his walks while Ricky is working.
You really do need to be a HUGE dog lover to live here! ❤️
Rolo is a very big part of our lives, and we’ve had him since a baby! It is so important that whoever moves in that they just adore dogs. Rolo will love you enormously, and will come to you for cuddles, play, and just to sit next to you while you chill. He can be excitable when he first meets people, but will settle down once he starts to know you.
