Room to rent in Long Ashton. Sharing with myself in a three bedroom house. Three miles into the centre of Bristol, a 20 minute cycle, 10 minute drive (designated parking available) or a short bus ride away.

The house is situated centrally in the village near the shops and other amenities in a quiet cul-de-sac. Woodlands and fields close by.

The house has a kitchen with dining area and a separate living room. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over the bath. There is gas central heating, a wood burner and a lovely sunny aspect which helps keep the house warm and cosy.

The room is medium sized and furnished with a single/double sofa bed, a shelf unit and clothes rail behind a curtain and a desk.
Looking for a friendly, eco-conscious, relaxed working person or student who mainly eats plants and doesn’t wear or use strongly scented products.

All adults I live with need to be police checked, therefore you will need to be willing to go through this process to obtain a DBS certificate. I work from home and prefer my lodgers to be out of the house at these times.
