The Details:
Schedule: Available Monday evening (from 18:00) through Friday morning/midday (vacated by 10:00 on Friday). Weekends excluded.
Agreement: Initial 6-month agreement, with the possibility to extend by mutual agreement (up to 18 months max).
House Culture & Rules:
Sanctuary Environment: Landlord works from home. This is a calm, restful house—strict quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 (headphones for media/audio during quiet hours).
Cleanliness: High standards of cleanliness required. Kitchen and shared bathroom must be cleaned immediately after use, and rooms left neat/tidy on Friday departure.
House Rules: Shoe-free home (shoes off in porch). Non-smokers only due to allergies. No overnight guests. No hot food upstairs.
Requirements:
Strictly for verified professionals working on-site during the day. Recent DBS/criminal background check, employer reference, and proof of permanent primary residence required upon application.
