Room to Rent Friendly quiet House

I have a room available in my home, from mid August.

You’ll be sharing with me a 36-year-old female, easy-going, friendly, and a 40 something male who works early shifts and is quiet and polite.

Looking for someone similar (male or female welcome).

1 bathroom with both bath and shower (I promise, I don’t hog it!)

Furnished room with TV,. Bed, wardrobe, make them your own and as cosy as you like

The house is fairly basic for now but being updated over time

Quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours, 5 mins walk from high street with shops and pubs, buses to Bristol and bath from right outside. 5 mins drive to supermarkets. Driveway parking space.

Ideal for someone who works in the care homes/ factorys nearby.

You must be happy living with dogs as I have two lovely ones. You won’t need to care for them, but kindness toward them is non-negotiable.
