I have 2 Bright Spare Rooms in Quiet, Well-Kept Home one with own bathroom
The other is not en-suite and is currently only for sole use with the room.

I’m looking for a reliable lodger with a stable and provable income who can comfortably meet the monthly rent and deposit requirements.

What I’m looking for:
• Stable and consistent income
• Ability to pay rent and deposit on time without delay or instalments
• Respectful, clean and considerate housemate
• Someone who fits well in a quiet home environment

• Rent must be paid on time each month
• Deposit and first month’s rent required upfront
