Single and double available.

Hi our names are Jim and David,
There’s an option of either renting a double or single room in our household in Nailsea, Bristol.

Nailsea is only 9 miles from central Bristol and 2 miles from Backwell Train Station and 50 minutes bus journey to Bristol City Centre or 22 minutes to drive. It’s only 17 minutes drive to Bristol Airport. It’s nearer to Bristol City Centre than Portishead! It’s a short walk to the town centre which has plenty of places for a coffee such as Costa. There’s also plenty of well known shop such Tesco, Waitrose, Boots, Holland and Barrett, Superdrug!

The house is being decorated so doesn't quite have the showroom look to it hence the very reasonable rent.

When the house is finished it will be to a high standard and modern, No wallpaper or Artex! 🤮🥴😀
For a single room it will be £100 per week until house decor has improved and then it will be £120 per week. These prices includes all bills.
I also have a double room that will be available from 01/01/2025. This room will be £130 a week until house decoration is finished then it will be £150 per week.
If the double is to be shared by a couple then it will £195 per week and then £225 when house decoration is finished.

There’re two animal loving people here so if you’re not the same about animals then we will have little in common and so it’s not for you.

I will be putting on some photos of room but I'm going to clear it first as have used it for storage, but have put on some photos of garden, which were taken before I put in a large bird enclosure for the rescued birds. The garden has been allowed to fall behind with the upkeep due to work and rescue animal responsibilities but that’s being rectified. The house is a three bedroom bungalow.
The deposit of 5 weeks and a month’s rent in advance will be required please.

I have one rescue cat, 2 rescue Guinea pigs that live in the lounge, Smudge the cat doesn’t leave the lounge really and leaves the house via a cat flap off the lounge. I also have 6 rescue pigeons that live in the garden in a very large enclosure, 20x10ft.

There are parking spaces available nearby.

I pay for 1 gb of internet and on average I get 780 Mbps in the lounge and on average you’ll get 270 Mbps in your room. You will have a brand new 55” 4k TV in your bedroom and. Virgin Media with all the film channels with free upgraded Netflix, no ads, and Prime Video.
There’s also a PS5 Pro and VR2 including many games for people to use.
