This one bedroom flat is part of the ground floor of an 18th Century listed house. It is in a quiet part of the pretty village of North Curry.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen/diner and through lounge, double bedroom and good sized bathroom. It has gas central heating. The flat has been refurbished recently and is in excellent condition.

The sitting room overlooks the rose garden and there is an additional, very large, shared, garden at the rear. There is off road parking.

The village of North Curry is about 15 minutes drive from Taunton (M5 junction 25 )and Langport. There is a twice per day bus service into both towns. The village pub, ‘The Bird in Hand’, is well supported and vibrant. There is also an excellent health centre, village shop, tea room, Church and a number of societies. The village cricket ground is opposite the flat.

The rent includes council tax and water rates. You need only pay for gas and electricity.

My husband and I occupy the main house and we are on hand should you need us. However, the flat has its own front door and is completely private.
