Hi all

My name is Irene, I have been working in London since December 2023 and I would like to find a lodger that will help me looking after my place whilst I am away.

My plan is to leave my car here in the allocated parking space, and to come home at least once every couple of months to use the car and to visit friends!
But enough about me!

This high spec flat was built in 2019, it is located in a residential area of Norton Fitzwarren and there is plenty of free parking here if needed.
The closest shop is a 5-10 min walk (co-op) and big tesco/lidl a 10 min drive. There are bus stops within 5 min walking and train station is 30 min walk or 7 min by car.
You can cycle to town and it would take about 12 min.
Nuffield Hospital is a 3 min drive/10 min walking and Musgrove Park Hospital is a 12 min smooth cycle via Silk Mills!

All bills are included, including high speed wifi, council tax (band A) water, electricity, gas.
You will use the bedroom as your bedroom. It is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, x2 bedside tables and chest of drawers, plus a very spacious built in wardrobe.

The flat has gas central heating that can be regulated via an app but generally it is well insulated so it is cozy in the winter.
The lounge is an open space with the kitchen and has a sofa that opens in a double bed. This is the bed I will use when I come home to visit.
When I moved in 2019 I changed the carpet to laminate flooring and bought new furniture including a 50:50 fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine/dryer.
Bathroom has bath/shower.

I treated this place well for the last two years and I would love to connect with people with a similar mindset so I would feel that I am also visiting a friend when I come home.
