I will show the room (respecting the current lodger's privacy) and hold the room for a deposit until it is available.

Both males and females may apply, however, I am looking for someone who is responsible and will respect my home. I have had previous lodgers who'd agree that I am very easy going. I'm also happy to do a couple of loads of washing for you each week, I also supply washing tablets as part of your rent.

I have a small cockapoo called Frankie she is very obedient and she is beautiful.

My home is located within a short bus ride from University and Town Centre.
