One large rooms available to rent in a large 3-bed apartment in Pill, North Somerset. The apartment is split over two floors, with both available rooms located on the top floor, offering plenty of space and privacy.

I work Monday to Saturday and I’m usually out of the house during the day. I tend to come home briefly for food and then head out to training, so I’m not normally back until around 9pm on those days.

I have my two young daughters (ages 2 and 4) 50% of the time. During the week they are in school and nursery, and on the weekends I have them we’re usually out for most of the day. The flat is empty during the day most days.

The rent is £650 per month per room, with all bills included.

I’m very easy-going and relaxed, just looking for tidy, respectful housemates who clean up after themselves. The flat would suit professionals and students looking for a calm, friendly home.
