The house is set in a peaceful location, shared with live-in landlords family. Ideally looking for a professional female. I WFH and also teach yoga locally, there is a cat in the household.

The secluded basement room is very large and tastefully decorated with a double bed, sofa, tea area and a private TV. It has access to a separate home gym space and terrace.

The cosy double has loads of storage, private TV and is more integrated into the house.

The bathroom is shared between the basement room and the guest bedroom. Generally only 1 week be rented out.
