Two Double Bedrooms in the Village Quarter

Recently Renovated Garden

Hi all!

I am looking for two lodgers to join me in my 3 bedroom house in the Village Quarter in Portishead.

Both are double bedrooms which will both be fully furnished before the start date. The smaller of the two has a lovely view over a park and the larger room overlooks the garden.

There is a shared family bathroom between 2 people (I have an en suite bedroom on the second floor).

Ideally looking for young male professionals, no pets or couples.

The living space is a bright open plan living area with a small dining area, living space and large TV, open plan with a bright galley kitchen which overlooks a park.

The garden has been recently renovated with a decking area, small grass area and patio with furniture.

Personally I enjoy sports (golf & rugby), movies and food, so would be great if you had common interests but I am a clean and tidy person so the most important thing is that you are too.

Looking to start ASAP.
