Furnished room is bright & Airy Flat

I have a room available in my 2 bed flat, set on the 3rd floor (there is a lift) with views across Portishead. 10 minute walk to the High Street and Marina, bus stop 5 minute walk away and Parking around the building.

The room is full Furnished with a King Size Ottoman Bed, Chest of Drawers, hanging rail and bedside tables. Nice big window to keep it airy.

Storage cupboard, decent size bathroom with shower over bath.
Large living and kitchen area.

I am 35 and work at a local hospital 3-4 days a week, with early mornings and a couple of later evenings. I enjoy seeing friends and family, wandering around the marina and getting away when I can. Also enjoy just chilling on the sofa with a film or series on days off.

I am preferably looking for a professional female aged between 28-42 who does Not work from home. Someone tidy and chilled who is happy in their own space but equally happy to join for a glass of wine and dinner etc.

If needing Mon-Fri this can be consider at a £50 discount off the monthly rent.

Stay is 6-8 months only.
