I'm looking for the right person to share my home with. You have a lovely and peaceful double bedroom and a bathroom next door which isn't shared but is not ensuite.
You also have your own office space downstairs and shared use of our kitchen and garden and a small amount of space in the garage for a bike etc.
My ex husband is moving into a rental flat so I'm renting out my spare room. I live here with my amazing mum and our two boys who are with me 50 perfect of the time in termtime and more in the holidays. We also have two lovely cats and a golden retriever. Our house is for sale but the housing market is dead so we've decided to do this as it might take a year or two to sell. We've had a lodger for extended periods before and really enjoyed it and could provide two references for you from previous lodgers.
There is a bus stop nearby but we're not near the centre so you might need a car. We have lots of on drive parking available.
