Room features:
Very spacious double bedroom 6 x 3.5 metres
Own separate rear access to the house
Fully furnished with flat-screen TV

The house will be going on the market for sale, so this would ideally suit someone looking for a flexible, shorter-term arrangement. However, the room could potentially be available for up to a year.
I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who would enjoy a comfortable, relaxed home.
