This is a very friendly house, I’m looking for a tenant who would treat the house as a home not a stop gap. The house is on the main road between Bath and Bristol with a very good bus service, and bus stops very close to the house. There is a car park just up the road from the house but there is a charge of £10 per week extra rent. The rent of £750per month which does include bills, also free Wi-Fi and virgin tv package tv not included. There are five bathrooms in the house so the new tenant would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
