Double room in cosy period house

I’m looking for someone to rent a comfortably sized double room in my period town house in shepton mallet. I’m a live in landlord and looking for someone to take the spare room on the top floor of the property. There is one bathroom on the middle floor which we would share and there is an open kitchen/ living area on the first floor (3 floors in total). There is a very small courtyard out the back.

There is on road parking and it’s a quiet street in shepton mallet, a stones throw away from public footpaths to the village of Bowlish and the mendip hills. It’s also only 5 minutes walk into shepton High street.

I work from home some times but am also often out of the house. I’m looking for someone tidy, independent and ideally likeminded in some ways to share the house with. I’m social, creative, and like cooking and growing plants/ vegetables.
