Located in the heart of the Mendip Hills but still only 30 minutes drive into central Bristol, we’re also 10 minutes from Cheddar and 15 minutes from Weston. The area is a walkers paradise with stunning walks from the doorstep and Rowberrow Warren about 20 minutes walk away. We’re 10 minutes drive from Bristol Airport and 7 minutes drive from the vet school in Langford.

All bills are included, so the price you see is the price you get, and you have the peace of mind of paying a fixed amount and not needing to arrange anything. This includes the oil central heating, electricity, water, fast WiFi and TV licence.

The annexe is newly created and has been professionally fitted out to a very high standard, with a brand new kitchen, bathroom, heating system and electrics. It’s self-contained with its own entrance, lovely peaceful garden and a parking space.

We’re situated on a quiet cul de sac with a lovely sense of community (think street parties, Christmas drinks and a local cider shed 2 minutes walk away)

There is a newly fitted kitchen with an induction hob and oven, large integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There’s plenty of cupboard and worktop space to make cooking really easy.

The bathroom is also newly fitted with brand new white goods, a stunning walk in shower and plenty of space to store toiletries.

The living room is spacious with a cosy seating area at one end, complete with comfy sofa and large flat screen TV. At the other end of the room is a dining table and seating for 4 people. The room is lovely and bright with views out onto the garden.

The bedroom is another really spacious room with a double ottoman bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers so there’s plenty of storage for clothes. Blackout curtains make it easy to get a peaceful nights sleep.

You get your own section of garden with private entrance, raised beds with strawberry and raspberry plants already established and a lovely seating area with bistro set. There is also a driveway parking space included.

We’re really keen to offer a dog friendly option as we know from experience how hard these can be to find. We have a friendly dog in the main house.
