Shared Sitting room, log burner, decent sized dining room off kitchen with fire place
Exposed historic stonework. Stripped and restored elm floorboards to one bed room.
New carpets and flooring throughout shared areas.

Large eat in kitchen with small table. Large bathroom and large separate W/C

Large Garden and outhouse. Veg growing if you do desire. Couple of apple trees. On street no restriction parking right outside

I am looking for drama- free, interesting, friendly and sociable tenants. This is very much a home and not an HMO. I want the right , likeminded tenants who will enjoy and respect the house. If you want party- central then sorry, this is not the house for you. Supper , wine and diner table chat is the way to go.

A dog might be possibly but would need to be discussed. No cats I’m afraid.

Part time WFH would be considered but not full time WFH

I am a part time live in landlord here most days. friendly and laid back. Looking for similar vibe from tenants

Working but perhaps on U/C and HB also, might be considered but due to landlords working circumstances tenants at home all day every day is not workable
