I am looking for a professional female to rent the lower floor of our cottage.
The floor has a bedroom, private kitchen with everything you need (even an air fryer!!), private shower with toilet and private lounge.
We live on the top 2 floors, so having the lower floor is like having your own flat without renting one! It also has its own outdoor seating area and access to a beautiful garden, stunning views and drive with space for one other car.
We are in Upper Swainswick so very handy for the A46/M4 and a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop taking you into Bath.
We also have the lovely village of Larkhall close by for shops and pubs.
We are looking for someone who is self sufficient, doesn't mind the odd noise from a child and wants to enjoy cottage life in the country.
I would consider couples/2 friends but would need to adjust the price slightly so ask me for more details.
