There is a large shared living room, and lovely kitchen plus a downstairs toilet and a shared upstairs bathroom with double sinks, large jacuzzi bath and walk in shower.
The current household is the live in landlord (56 male) and a tenant (45 female).
We are looking for a friendly, social tenant, female prefered, who is happy to sit and chat in the evenings, watch some TV or just generally relax.
