The House has plenty of communal living space.. A good sized lounge with flat screen television, sofa and chairs, a spacious kitchen with dining area, a utility room and two bathrooms between only four people. Centrally located it's a few minutes to walk to the high street and a major supermarket.

The room is on the first floor. It has blackout blinds so you can get a good nights sleep even if you are a shift worker. It’s got plenty of sockets and is wired for a television. The house has great commercial grade Wi-Fi. The room comes with a small double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and nightstand as well as shelving. You will be given a brand new mattress that no one else will ever have slept on and the room will be redecorated before you move in.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE so no arguments about whose milk it is and there is a large freestanding freezer with deep draws available for tenant use as well so everyone gets a draw and a bit. Tenants are also allocated a storage cupboard and there is plenty of space in the well laid out kitchen which also comes with a kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a dining area in the kitchen with dining table and chairs.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer with a counter space to do your folding. The use of these is included in the price. Your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, ironing board and iron are also provided.

There is a living room with sofa and armchair and a flat screen television. There are plenty of power sockets so gaming devices etc can easily be plugged in.

The house is very central, about five minutes walk to the town centre, and a major supermarket.

The current housemates are professionals, two men and one woman with ages ranging between 23 - 32. The housemates are keen to share with people similar to themselves. They are a really nice group. It’s a calm, quiet home. It is professionally cleaned every fortnight as well.

The room comes with a parking space on the drive.
