A beautiful, large room with a bay window so lots of light but with black out curtains so you can get a good night sleep even if you are a shift worker and stylish wooden directional blinds for privacy. You have access to a family sized bathroom and another separate loo and shower room which you share both with only two others so no chance of queuing for the bathroom. The house has been recently and stylishly refurbished to a high standard and the room has plenty of power sockets and a tv point. The house comes with BT ULTRA broadband which is commercially boosted around the house - download away. The room comes with a desk and chair but we can take this away if you don’t require them.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could need from wine glasses to roasting tins. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER and a large storage cupboard each. There are all the appliances you would expect, a double sink and loads of counter space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, Ironing board and Iron are also provided. There're double doors that take you into the garden and also a dining area in the kitchen.

There is a lovely living room with a comfy sofa, television and plenty of power sockets plus a further dining area and access to the garden through double doors. The TV is a Sony Android so you will be able to watch NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME or any other tv streaming service with ease.

Outside there is a garden that gets plenty of sun with seating, BBQ and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line plus a side ally to bring bikes up.

The house is very close to the station, a short walk from town and has excellent access to the M5. There is restricted street parking but you will be eligible for a permit when the new system kicks in.

The other housemates are all lovely professional people who enjoy a calm, tidy home and seek similar. There are four women - age range from twenties to early thirties, ideally they would like to share with someone in that age range. The housemates do sociable things together and whilst that is not a requirement it would be great if you are looking to engage socially with them. The house has great communal areas for chilling with the other housemates or entertaining but is also big enough that you can relax in your own space if you are not feeling sociable.

The standards of the rooms we provide are very high and we are conscientious and responsive landlords looking to provide a well maintained, convenient, comfortable home to our tenants.
