Unfortunately there is no parking available as the permits have already been allocated.

A good sized room at the front of the house on the ground floor. The room has black out curtains so good for night shift workers and blinds for privacy. The room has plenty of power sockets and a tv point and the house has full Fibre Wi-Fi. The room comes with a desk and chair but we can take this away if you don’t require them. There is also a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside cabinet. The room will be freshly decorated before you move in.

Two rooms are ensuite so you and a further two tenants have a family sized bathroom to share and also another shower room. That is a ratio of two bathrooms between three, so there won't be queuing. There is also another downstairs toilet. The bathroom ratio is really high for a non ensuite room.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with glassware, pans, crockery. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER and a large storage cupboard each. There are all the appliances you would expect, a double sink and loads of counter space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, Ironing board and Iron are also provided. There are double doors that take you into the garden and also a dining area in the kitchen.

There is a living room with sofa, television and plenty of power sockets for gaming devices plus a further dining area and access to the garden through double doors. The TV is a Sony Android so you will be able to watch NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME or any other tv streaming service with ease.

Outside there is a garden with seating, BBQ and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line plus a side ally to bring bikes up.

The house is very close to the station and a short walk from town. Please note there is no parking at the house.

The housemates are all in their late twenties to early forties and are looking to share with someone in that age range who will enjoy sharing the space with them. The housemates are sociable but this is not a party house and they are looking for someone, tidy, quiet and respectful.

The standards of the rooms we provide are very high and we are conscientious and responsive landlords looking to provide a well maintained, convenient, comfortable home to our tenants. We have a number of shared houses across Taunton which means we have an effective team to deal with any issues that arise. We manage the properties with professional management software. With us you have the professionalism of an agency but because we only mange our own properties, you and your experience is always our first priority.

We don't accept couples or students.

£100 holding fee to take the room off the market. This payment will form part of your first rental payment. Should you fail referencing, the money will be returned to you. If you reserved the room and then subsequently decide not to take it, the money will be forfeit.

We take one months rent as a deposit.
