I have a very large double room to let in my 4 bedroom townhouse in central Taunton.

The ideal housemate would be a teacher, accountant, solicitor, doctor or any other type of working professional.

The minimum tenancy that I will consider is 6 months, as I am looking for high quality, long term tenants who want to make the house a home.

I have created a great house of young professionals who get on really well and am looking for continuity in that respect. They often watch the football and go out for food and drinks together. The house is somewhere that you can come home and relax/study, so if you are after a party house, then look elsewhere.

The house directly overlooks Victoria Park, so offers plenty of green views, as well as being well positioned for eveything you need in town. It is very peaceful and sheltered from traffic noise, given the central location.

I myself am a young(ish) professional and am looking for clean, reliable, trustworthy and respectful tenants.

The three housemates (two are 25, the other 33) and are a hospitality/bar manager, hydrographic office graduate and a PE teacher.

Whilst I would prefer a tenant who does not work from home 5 days a week, I am happy to be flexible for the right tenant and appreciate that home working is common now.
